Joy Hand Painted Silk To Launch Earthsong Scarflette To Environmentally Conscious Celebrities On Earth Day 2012

Joy Hand Painted Silk, in association with The Artisan Group, will gift the "Earthsong Scarflette" on Earthday 2012.

Joy Hand Painted Silk is an artist/designer-owned, artisan fashion accessory design shop located in southern Oregon. Joy Light has been designing and producing limited-edition fashion accessories by hand since 1989. The Earthsong Scarflette is inspired by spectacular aerial photography of the earth, featured in Berhardt Edmaier’s book, Earthsong.  The beauty of our blue-green planet is reflected in the palate used in the Earthsong Scarflette by Joy Hand Painted Silk.  Joy Hand Painted Silk operates with respect for the earth using non-toxic dyes and limited edition production runs, with an eye towards conservation of natural resources.  

Joy Hand Painted Silk is proud to be included in The Artisan Group’s effort to raise awareness of low-impact eco-couture manufacturing practices this Earth Day 2012. Joy Silk artisan accessories are individually hand crafted and made to order.
